Proudly Supporting START NZ - make a change and give yourself a challenge this October :) R U READY
We’re excited to launch our first ever fundraiser - 30 for START!
https://30forstart.raiselysite.com/
As you may know right now, more than 75 people are waiting at least 4-5 months to be seen for regular speech language therapy sessions. That’s a long time for someone struggling to communicate.
To significantly reduce our waitlist, we need to hire two additional Speech-Language Therapists for the long term. But to make that happen, we need your support.
That’s why we’re excited to launch our upcoming fundraising campaign which kicks off on the 1st October!
How it works
For 30 days in October, do an activity and get sponsored to raise money for START.
Choose an activity that you enjoy! Maybe it’s mudwrestling or maybe it’s yoga. Perhaps you want to do less of something like screen time?
This could look like......
• 1 thing for 30 days (e.g. go for a walk each day) 🚶♀️
• OR 30mins of something for 30 days (e.g. creative writing, reading instead of screen time) ✏️
• OR if you're pushed for time, do 30 of something in one day in October (e.g. build 30 Lego creations in one day, run/walk 30kms) 🏠🏃♂️
Do your activity by yourself, do it with a friend of do it as a team. The choice is yours!
All donations go towards funding two additional speech language therapists.
