Calling all our young and future voices of Tuvalu. Now's your time to shine and give our beautiful Gana Tuvalu a go!

🌟Prizes: 🏆🎊

1st place: $200
2nd place: $150
3rd place: $100

Winners are sent virtual prezzy cards. Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. For more info on prezzy cards. Visit www.prezzycard.co.nz

🌟Eligibility:

1️⃣ Children must be between 5-12 years old (primary & intermediate students)
2️⃣ Must reside in New Zealand.
3️⃣ Must not be an immediate family member or relative of an employee of Pacific Media Network.
4️⃣ Children must have parental consent

🌟Speech Info:

1️⃣ Speech length: between 1-3 minutes
2️⃣ Topic of Speech: Tuvalu Language week theme.
‘Faipati mo te mautinoa kae amanaia tou fakavae – Speak confidently and respect your foundation’.
3️⃣ Participants do not need to memorize their speech
4️⃣ Participants can read their speech of a paper or a device.
5️⃣ Speech must be an original piece written either by the child or their Parents

✅️ Upon successful registration, participants will be sent a Zoom link and be given a timeslot to share their Gana Tuvalu speech live on-air on the 'PMN Tuvalu' show.

🌟 Judges

There will be 2 Judges tasked with selecting the finalists.
Judging panel will comprise of a Community Elder and a Youth.
Info on how they will judge will be sent to Participants.
