So when he gets a little spicy and decides to throw hands from inside a food bucket, you really can't even blame him for having some serious attitude.

But the absolute best part of these pictures is his zookeeper's reaction. Instead of getting annoyed, his surrogate dad just completely loses it and laughs. He is totally unfazed by a tiny, fluffy baby throwing a temper tantrum right next to his iconic plush "Mama Doll."

There are officially two types of friends in every single friend group, and these otters just perfectly proved it.

On the left, you have the absolute proudest new mom. She is marching right up to the glass to show off her brand new, incredibly tiny baby to the entire world, and it is honestly the most precious, wholesome thing ever. You can just feel the pure maternal pride radiating off of her!

But then you look to the right. Her bestie saw her getting all the attention and decided she also needed to show off her greatest achievement: a completely random piece of PVC pipe. Just look at the absolute dedication in her eyes! She is holding that plastic elbow joint like it is an Olympic gold medal, and you honestly have to respect the completely unbothered, child-free energy. She found a cool pipe, and she demands that you acknowledge it.

If you remember how terrified our sweet boy used to be, this moment is going to make you incredibly emotional. For the longest time, Little Punchy would completely freeze or hide behind his plush "Mama Doll" the second those intense older bullies started causing chaos. In that first panel, you can see a massive fight breaking out right in front of him, and the old Punchy would have completely panicked and run away.
But just look at the second panel! The moment Grandma Sotomaru the absolute legend who stepped up and gave him a real family when he had nothingwas threatened, Punchy didn't even hesitate.

If you have been following Little Punchy's journey from the very beginning, seeing that plush "Mama Doll" just casually tossed aside in the dirt in the first panel is actually making us emotional.
For the longest time, that toy was the only comfort our sweet boy had. After being tragically abandoned and constantly dodging those intense older bullies, he literally wouldn't let that plushie out of his sight. It was his entire security blanket just to survive the harsh reality of Monkey Mountain.
But just look at him now! Seeing him completely ignore the toy to actually wrestle, roll around, and play with his friends like a totally normal, carefree baby monkey is the most massive milestone ever. He is building real bonds, learning how to roughhouse, and finally realizing he is safe enough to just be a kid.
This is exactly the beautiful, happy ending Grandma Sotomaru and his incredibly dedicated zookeeper dads fought so hard to give him.
