Twin Echoes - Ship Is Sailing

A beautifully elegant song written by Jimmy Cliff - "Ship Is Sailing" is about a relationship sailing along in a most pleasant way, and keeping love and affection at it's core. Featuring nautical cues like the cast fishing reel sound instead of a snare drum, and the ship's fife influence in the bridge woodwind, the track falls together in a happy relaxed manner. Another superb track from Twin Echoes' album "Sugar Town" out now on all streaming platforms.

Rest In Peace Chris Thompson. So very sad to hear of his passing. Just this August gone I recorded this fantastic album for him and shot 3 photos for the cd cover art. Full of humour and thought in the songs, plus wicked acoustic guitar playing - if you can find a copy, buy it ! It's a wonderful listen, ~ SteveMcG
