This is what a page restriction looks like and then usually you can click in and take down the post or pic they are talking about but there is nothing to say anything else or what post it is or was etc. it really sux sometimes when you’re trying to get ahead and Facebook does this s**t. Sometimes it’s a little depressing. Cause you work hard to build everything you have. I’ve worked so hard to just gain 3k followers it’s taken me years. And it just feels s**t. My algorithms ain’t what they use to be, my page doesn’t get the views like it once did or the interactions and maybe it’s me I don’t know. I don’t share quite like I use to but now having this restriction makes it even worse 🥴 maybe I need to start again

About me.....

Hi everyone, welcome to my page!!

I begun my journey of helping people by studying Counselling it took me a while to find my fit in the study field. I tried a couple of options starting at Massey University studying Psychology, then about 6 years ago discovered Quantum Education where I managed to gain my Diploma Of Counselling. I then worked at a Community Centre offering free sessions to build up 200 client sessions to gain my Registration with the NZAC which means I am now a Provisional Member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellor’s. Whilst completing my hours I also attended a Personal Training Course with NZIHF where I was able to gain Qualifications as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Consultant which meant that I was then Qualified to help people in both Body and Mind. I then volunteered some of my time to Grief Support Services to give back for the help and support I had received in earlier years after the loss of my dad to su***de. Following this I made a decision to start my own practice Combine Body & Mind. After 2 years of working as a Counsellor I then decided to add a Life Coaching Certificate to my Qualifications so that I could begin my Coaching journey as a Motivational Life Coach. I feel that Coaching is not only something that I have the credentials for but it is also something that comes naturally to me. I have always been the person on the side line cheering others on in life to support who it is that they want to be and what they want to do in life. I love to see people living their best lives, watching, supporting and helping to facilitate self-growth and self-discovery of who people are and who they want to be is such an honor to be apart of. I love to help clients in finding their way forward, exploring their own answers and goals in life!!!

I believe we all have our own answers and strengths within ourselves to reach our goals and dreams and be the person that we want to be and having a Coach / Counsellor to help us to find these and support us along the way can be life changing.
