Grace by Your Side

Grace by Your Side Hi, I’m Jaymee Grace - the heart behind Grace by Your Side. Hi, I’m Jaymee Grace — the heart behind Grace by Your Side. You’re not alone.

I am here to share real stories about my journey as a Christian through my writing and podcast and provide faith-filled encouragement for the everyday heart. I’m a qualified teacher, musician, life-coach, writer, and podcast host, here to share real stories, soul care tools, and faith-filled encouragement for the everyday heart. For years, I carried silent battles - heartbreak, self-doubt, deep di

sappointment, and the ache of wondering if I'd ever fully heal. I looked okay on the outside, but inside I felt stuck between who I'd been and who I longed to become. It wasn't overnight, but slowly, through grace, honesty and healing work, I began to come home to myself. I created Grace by Your Side because I know what it's like to need someone who gets it - to be supported without pressure, to be heard without judgement and to be gently guided back to the truth of who you are. Here I'll be sharing parts of my story - what I've learned, what I'm still learning - and I'll also be offering one-on-one coaching sessions for those who are ready to heal, grow and walk in purpose. Grace is still by your side.

Hey everyone.

I would absolutely love if you could follow my Jaymee Grace page and my YouTube channel! All of my self-care challenges and podcasts are added there and I would love to reach 500+ subscribers - I know that seems small, but it is a huge goal for me!

I used to create learning videos on there for children, which did really well and I'm slowly trying to add that back into my uploads.

Thank you so much for your support

“Letting People Feel What They Feel”

Sometimes, people will take your choices personally,
even the ones you made with peace in your heart and wisdom in your steps.

They may worry, assume, or project their own discomfort onto your journey.
But their reaction doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong.

You are allowed to grow, shift, rest, or step away,
without explaining yourself into exhaustion.

Let them feel what they feel.
You just keep walking with God.
He knows your why, and He’s not confused. 💛

"Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ."
- Galatians 1:10

Abraham's great-grandson, Joseph, spoke these words to his brothers after enduring a long, painful history with them.

They had plotted to kill him because he was their father's favourite child.
Thankfully they changed their minds and sold him into slavery instead, yet they lied to their father about his fate.

Years later, Joseph came to face-to-face with this brothers again, but this time he was the one in power and chose to forgive them.

After their father died, his brothers were still afraid of retribution from Joseph and fell down before him, begging for forgiveness.

When Joseph answered them with the words in this passage, it demonstrated that God is able to use anything, even human sin, to bring about good.

In this weeks episode I speak about the gifts and talents God has given each of us to use. Maybe those gifts have been shut down for a long time but you are a natural at it! It's time to recognize them and start learning to use them well.

Sometimes, we overlook what we’ve been given because it feels too ordinary.
But God often does the extraordinary through what seems small.

Moses held a staff. David carried a sling. The widow had a jar of oil.
And you? You carry something too.

Maybe it’s a listening ear.
Maybe it’s words that bring comfort.
Maybe it’s creativity, the way you write, move, build, or edit.
It doesn’t have to be loud to be valuable.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others…”
- 1 Peter 4:10

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
You just need to hold out what’s in your hand and trust that God can use it.
You’ve been *gracefully gifted* not for performance, but for purpose.

This week, pause and ask:
*What’s something I’ve been given, and how might I offer it back to God?*
One small offering in grace can open doors you never expected.

You have all that you need, right here, right now, with what you already hold.

With love,

Thank you for your patience while I'm still building my creative pages. It's overwhelming sometimes as I have so many things I'd like to do, but I'm being reminded to slow down and to keep some things separate.

Have a blessed week.

Have you ever felt like your voice didn’t matter?
Like no one would really listen, even if you spoke?
That belief can start early, sometimes before we even understand it.
For me, it began at three years old.

Something happened that no one talked about. I didn’t either.
And in the silence, I began to believe the lie: "You don’t matter."
That one lie followed me into the way I saw myself, my value, and my voice.
And yet, somehow, speaking was one of my gifts.
Even when I didn’t want to speak up, something inside me did.

Healing didn’t come in one moment. It came slowly.
Through facing the memories.
Through panic attacks and prayers.
Through realizing that God had always been listening, even when no one else was.

Now, when fear tries to shut me down again, I remind myself:
"My voice is valuable. My story carries light. No weapon formed against me shall prosper."

Friend, if you've ever believed the lie that your words don’t matter...
If you were shut down, dismissed, or made to feel small...
Here’s what I want you to hear today:

🌷 Your voice matters.
🌷 You are not invisible.
🌷 God hears every word you’ve ever wanted to say.

You don’t have to be loud.
You don’t have to say it all at once.
But when you’re ready… speak.
Even a whisper is a holy beginning.

With love,
Jaymee Grace
