Repaired a delicate brass table lamp that had taken a fall and dented the main column.
I dismantled it, made a mandrel to work the dent out, and brought the worst of the damage back in line with the lamp’s overall aged condition.
Also replaced the old connector block with a better unit suited for the four-wire setup, then reassembled everything.
Back together and looking the way it should again.

Repaired a leak in a 1920s Sunbeam radiator with a honeycomb core. The shell is made from German Silver — a brass-like alloy with a high nickel content that polishes beautifully and was commonly used before chrome plating became popular. The lower section had split near one of the mounting points, so it had to be opened up to clean out years of corrosion and residue from the leak. I made a custom clamp to hold the split sections firmly in place for soldering, then reinforced the area with a brass patch. Finished it off with a full polish — came up looking great for its age. Another happy customer!

Just been doing a few bits and pieces for a wood fired pizza guy. Started with an "andiron" which is a fancy name for something to stack the wood against to start the fire. Then we made a panel to reduce the size of the oven opening to help contain the heat and use less wood. That led on to a simple bar thingy to help keep the ash away from the pizza's being cooked. Finally it was add a handle onto a paddle for moving the pizzas. For this I added a wooden end and a sliding piece made of wood to keep the hands away from anything hot.
