🎬 Most people know that Christopher Nolan’s IMAX camera blimp made it quiet enough to record dialogue. But that’s only half the story.
The blimp was so massive that actors couldn’t maintain real eye contact during close-up shots. Instead of compromising the performance, the crew engineered a brilliant two-way mirror system, allowing actors to look directly at each other while the camera stayed perfectly in position.
