As part of the annual exchange Auckland Girl’s Grammar First XIII hosted Hamilton Girls’ High School First XIII at Victoria Park in Auckland.

While AGGs was too strong on this occasion it was great to see the HGHS league programme back on track.

Massive thank you to Ponsonby United Rugby League for hosting the 2 teams!

Some events are about the result.
Others are about the people.

This one was about community, connection and purpose.

I had the privilege of capturing the energy, the competition, the laughter and the moments in between as Le Malaga brought people together through netball.

What makes events like this special is knowing there’s a bigger purpose behind them — creating awareness around dementia and supporting the caregivers and families who are on that journey.

For me, it’s these moments between the action that tell the real story.
