CLIENT SPOTLIGHT

For the past eighteen months we have worked closely with Akaroa District Promotions, an organisation based in the Akaroa region aiming to promote the Akaroa and the Bays district, along with the various businesses that opt into this organisation. We have had a cracker of a time working with over 40 different businesses within the area to help showcase their very best!

Some of the highlights are below:
👉 Our top reel for 2024 had 115,000 views, 4,100 likes, 1,200 sends and 1,100 saves!
👉 677,000 impressions across the Facebook platform alone.
👉 Very strong community engagement with at least 50 tags from local community and visitors to the region every month - how is that for organic reach!
👉 Engagements overall up 5000% from the year previous.

Meet Ben + Frayja - masterminds behind . With backgrounds in science research, data analytics, business strategy and farming - we know what it means to build a business and work from the ground up.

Both graduates from both Massey University and Lincoln University, with formal education across genetics, microbiology, economics, finance, management and marketing - it is safe to say we have almost every base covered.

We are based in Christchurch but work with businesses across Aotearoa to foster thriving businesses with engaged online communities.

Farmers & the hard-work they do has been in the media spotlight for the past few years, with criticism and opinion pieces flooding the internet whilst farmers were already feeling the pressure with changing regulations and a difficult commodity market.

This study found that urban New Zealanders actually have respect for our New Zealand farmers and the hard work they do, placing value in the role they play growing our nation (and other nations!) our food.

The research also highlighted the need for better discussions and question/concern channels to facilitate better engagement between farmers and urban New Zealanders.

Honest, clear communication is key moving forward - and if you’re needing a helping hand with this facet of your business, you know who to call!

One of the biggest things I’ve learnt in marketing (and business!) is that success is never a straight line.

Digital marketing in this day and age is the most complex and competitive that it’s ever been - which provides both a challenge, and great opportunity to whoever can master the ever-changing ways of the online world.
