Corners is the alias of Liam Cullen, a New Zealand-born artist currently based in London. Blending infectious energy with eclectic taste, Corners delivers sets rooted in House music, infused with the rich textures of ’80s and ’90s Rock, Disco, and Synth Pop.

Wollongong and now based in London, Daniel is one half of .st a duo who’ve played across many Sydney and Wollongong events and venues.
Passionate about digging and discovering, he has been collecting rare and wonky house records from stores all over Europe and the UK.
Alongside the many festivals and parties he’s been a witness too, Daniel’s sets showcase a musical identity shaped by these experiences.

Introducing our second guest for Foreign Plates three…

Arcadia is the alias of DJ Emily Janus (fka Hurricane Emily). Over the past two years in the UK, she’s been steadily carving her place in the city’s scene, bringing her eclectic, high-energy selections to the likes of The Cause, Pickle Factory, Night Tales Loft, and Café 1001, as well as sharing her sounds on Balamii Radio.

Having originally learned to DJ on vinyl, Arcadia’s sets often dive deep into 90s and early 2000s deep, percussive and progressive house selections.

With her UK time coming to an end, Arcadia’s set on 30th August doubles as her London send-off — a chance to pack the booth with her favourite records and give the dancefloor one last ride before heading to Melbourne on 1st September.

Expect infectious percussions, pumping basslines, and dancefloor nostalgia - dress to sweat, stay ‘til the end.
