That's right! Eager Outdoors is for sale! I started Eager Outdoors when I really needed it. I was unemployed, dealing with a lot, and found peace within nature. Eager Outdoors gave me hope. I found confidence, and was able to focus on myself and my mental health.

The truth is I no longer have the time to run it. This could be your chance to start your own small business that is already partly established! Or perhaps add to your existing business.

I've recently started working full time and the struggle is real 😅 I am still getting the f**k outside but I often forget to post, or I'm walking around a park in my lunch hour which isn't so picturesque! What a beautiful sunrise this morning! My first run in a few weeks. We all lose motivation. We all have trouble sticking to bad habits. Don't let 'influencers' make you feel lazy, unhealthy, ugly. You are beautiful!

It's the little pockets of happiness in life that make it worth it. It's the simple joy of flying a kite with your feet on the sand. It's the smell of grass that's just been cut. It's the warmth of your favourite jersey when you've just taken it out of the dryer. It's that first big stretch you do in the morning that makes you yawn. It's the smile you received from a stranger when you walked by.

That's the secret to enjoying life. The little things.

I started full time work this week. Oh, and turned 40 😅. It's hard! Especially after being unemployed for almost 8 months. The two things I have struggled with the most is being away from my kids a lot more, and being in a desk job. I'm used to being active!
Then I remembered what I go on about to everyone else. Get the f**k outside! So I went on a big walk yesterday at lunchtime. It really helped.
Why am I posting about this? Because we all have bad days, bad weeks, even bad years! But it's NEVER TOO LATE to take a step towards being kind to yourself.
