The stories we tell ourselves are usually false! A wise woman told me yesterday that 80% of our thoughts are untrue and negative, and ya know what, it’s not hard to believe! Sometimes it’s super hard to believe in ourselves, to claim our talents and face the world heads tall. Some of us find this more difficult than others, I have always struggled with this, my self belief and self worth has been almost nonexistent at times. But guess what!? I am GOOD at this! I am talented and creative and and I’m going to keep speaking kindly to myself, I’m going to keep putting myself out there and I’m going to keep telling you that you should be hiring me! 😉
