South Street Studio is an entire house recording and music studio nestled in the foothills of the West Coast's Paparoa ranges up the back of the historic coal mining town of Runanga. For the first five years of it's existence South Street Studio was just a single room in the house that doubled as the laundry. 2021 presented an opportunity to expand the studio into the entire house. South Street St

udio is also the recording home of Weka Records, a Bandcamp record label who focuses on recording and releasing original West Coast New Zealand music.
