Have you ever been in a situation where you are surrounded by people who loves you dearly, always with you having a good time, you are their first contact person for everything whether something good or bad happens to them but you can't really do the same because you are not comfortable to do so. Why is that? It is because you love them for who they are and they love you for what you do for them.And all of a sudden they all disappear for no reason, without any explanation. Your world falls apart, you feel extremely sad, heartbroken, lonely. And you dragg yourself to the prayer mat with a heavy heart, hopeless mind to find some peace. Your sadness doesn’t go away, your sleepless night feels longer than months but you keep dragging yourself to Allah. After some ruthless days, sleepless nights you start to sleep well at night. You find peace. And then whenever you feel sad you don’t look for comfort in anything, you go straight to Allah...... If that happens to you, think about this for a moment.....You are not alone, you have Allah. Allah has made you realise that Allah is enough for you, you are free from emotional dependency. If you go to Allah everytime there is a problem, loss, sadnesses or any kind of suffering, hardship, no one knows your flaws to manipulate you. You are strong and Independent. You are BLESSED .

Sometimes, after watching a lot of series or movies, we become very emotional and start to feel like we are the main character. In this way, the brain creates false memories and stores them as if they were real-life experiences. This happens because the brain cannot differentiate between reality, imagination, or visual effects. Unconsciously, the brain stores these experiences as true. Later, it uses these memories to judge people, make life decisions, create false trauma, and much more. That’s why it’s important to avoid watching or thinking about negative things.

Sharing bad memories increases our trauma most of the time, instead of decreasing it. When we share our story, we lose some information, and we add some information depending on our life experiences. The story changes every time we repeat it. The best thing you can do is when something bad happens, accept it as it is, and live through it instead of avoiding it. You might cry, scream, pray, or shut down; that's ok. Everyone has their own way to deal with pain. Talk about it as soon as you settle down with someone you trust or to the almighty. Try not to talk about it often. Avoid watching or listening to something similar to your trauma or pain. Your brain might add it to the memory as your real life experience.
