This week on Deep Insessionz , .
dedicates this session to a true Aotearoa legend.
We pay tribute to our friend who recently left this mortal coil, the incredible Olie Bassweight, and his immense contribution to our Aotearoa sound.
The mix that is dropping was given to us by Olie sometime at the end of 2009.
It's been gathering dust on a long, lost, nearly forgotten hard drive. It's a deeply epic mix that at the time carried on many missions and shows (in my opinion) some of the very best choons of the time and highlights perfectly Olies signature badman sound.
Light it up, turn up the sub, we're going deep!
Rest in love, see you in the next! ❤️
