Mark Up lives!
Dear readers,
Seven years have passed since I disappeared from this page, and I owe you an apology for my lack of communication prior to doing so.
In August of 2016, life plucked me up from New Zealand and placed me in Japan, where I would teach English for the next five and a half years.
My new job left me no time to maintain an active social media presence, let alone proofread your reports. In fact, my contract forbade me from pursuing extracurricular work. Again, I apologise for not reaching out to inform you.
The good news is that my work in Japan is complete, and I’m now back in New Zealand. I’m settled down, and I’m eager to jump-start this page and resume proofreading and editing.
