Been thinking about my dad a bit today as I gave "The Black Bach" a lick of paint. Maybe it is because I watched him many a time doing maintenance on the place, maybe it's because I'm wearing one of his old shirts that was in the drawers, maybe because each day I look a bit more like him as I remember him, but mostly it's because he left half a bottle of single malt stashed away and I have a dram every time I'm here.
