To all our valued clients,
On Tuesday 28th April 2020 when NZ drops down to Alert Level 3 and we will start operating again.
To ensure that we keep our employees and clients safe; and to play our part in helping to reduce the spread of COVID-19 we ask that you take the same precautionary measures listed below when we are carrying out any work for you at your worksite.
We have put the following measures in place:
- Do not enter our yards at Linkwater and Havelock, these are still off limits to the public
- If you need to contact either Paul or Phil please contact them via phone, text message or email
Paul – 027 422 5892
Phil – 027 372 9864
If you can’t get a hold of anyone above then you can call Melissa in the office on 021 109 7655
- Farm maps (workplace maps) can be sent to us by email or by text message and we will call you to discuss
- Our employees will stay at home if they are feeling unwell or have any one of the following symptoms:
* a cough
* a high temperature (at least 38°C)
* shortness of breath
* sore throat
* sneezing and runny nose
* temporary loss of smell.
We ask that if you are feeling unwell or have any of the following symptoms you stay away from our employees and the worksite.
- Our employees will implement physical distancing and will keep a 2 metre distance from each other and our clients at all times, including during their rest and meal breaks
- Each day our employees will keep a list of people that enter our workspace should we need to carry out contact tracing
- Our employees will be allocated their own individual machine to work on
- Each machine and employee have been provided with cleaning, sanitizer, paper towels, rubbish bags and gloves so that they can wipe down the inside of their machines before and after use. Rubbish bags will be disposed of at the end of each day.
- Where our employees are unable to bring machinery back to either of our yards at night, they will travel separately in their own individual work vehicle.
If you have any questions or concerns at all, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Take care
Kind regards
Paul
