A bit of a look into our farming story, where we started, where we’ve got to, and how Vizlink came from that journey of wanting to bring everything together.

This map had been used day in and day out. Folded, well worn, and carrying a bit of mud along the way, it was what the team worked from. We have transformed it into a large scale visual that everyone can see, with A4 tear-off pads to make things easier for everyone on farm.

Craig runs a “don’t miss out” policy on farm.

If someone has something on during the weekend they are rostered on, the team can swap shifts using the big roster whiteboard in the shed. It’s all there in front of everyone so it’s easy to organise.

A good system that helps the farm run well and makes sure the team still gets to enjoy life outside of work.
