This weekends pizzas, I reduced the water to 200mls. Texture was good I still can't get the perfect dough ball or stretch my dough without it breaking but we'll get there.

The flappy thing in the bread machine still comes loose from the spinny thing, I think it may be time to invest in a proper mixer.

I have come across guys who showcase their pizza making skills, not my taste but still look yummy.

Pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms.

What do you think?

Homemade is best, and varying the dough recipe is proving interesting, I've managed to it less doughy which was an issue I had.
