My goals are to pass on my knowledge of Yoga to my students and people around me and others who are living for a peaceful life. Flexible body, flexible mind.

Inner peace grows when you stop attaching your happiness to how others behave or respond. Sometimes, reducing expectations is the greatest form of self care.
