Baby is now 4 and 1/2 months old and I feel like I'm slowwwwwly getting back into some form of routine. Been such a great few months with my Jordy baby but now it's time to plan for the rest of the year with mat leave fast approaching. My main goal is to spend as much time as I can with the babies (and finding time to do house work 🤯) so I am thinking of opening up 3 spots. Unsure what I want to focus on just at the moment, whether it's a more intensive plan for people with serious goals or if it's more of that supportive role for people just wanting to have a 1-1 session, get to know the gym better and have a good workout. Also dabbling in the thought of supporting mums after birth, but I'll have to do some more education so just factoring everything in! Anyway, time to plan :) if you have annny ideas let me know, I've got about a month to implement it and love some feedback if I have worked with you in the past or just have a feeling of what I should do ☕️
