KiwiMal project finished. "Outbreak" with Turmeric Tea yarn from for the Kiwi Makealong 2025. Double whammy NZ designer Anne Bridgman and 100% kiwi made yarn from the little mill over the hill in Rotorua.

Good times at Cambridge Creative Fibre traders day yesterday with my friend Jill at 40 shades of grey. Catching up with friends from different regions. I am inspired to spin some more artyarn now to fill the gaps ❤️.

Road trip knitting project finished 😊. I used yarn leftovers so there are a few knots but I wanted to knit a sample anyway. Last time I knitted these, they came out to small. These are perfect so now I will make a pair without all the knots. They are so comfy!

I had a request for unicorn yarn. Last year I spun some "unicorn popcorn" yarn for woolfest and it was snapped up before we even opened. This one is not quite the same I think but close, not finished yet. I will try some more in the next few days. It was so nice spinning on my Aura again, I will have another play tonight. ❤️

I am busy sewing more project bags to go on the stand with 40 shades of grey at Woolfest next weekend. There are some really cool ones in the mix!

Another UFO finished. A honey bee lifecycle play set. The bee has different outfits to represent the different stages. I might make another one so I can dress both.
On to the next UFO!
