Tuesday 10 June - 12.30pm - PlanetFM 104.6FM - www.planetaudio.org.nz

This weeks is Men's Health Week and we speak with MHW Ambassador Mike Puru. The well known broadcaster famously came out as gay live on air 15 years ago. Mike speaks with Kent about how it took time and bravery to become honest about who he was, to overcome the nervousness about the reaction of his family, his home town and the industry he worked in. Mike and Kent discuss why it is important for men take this time to consider their mental and physical health at least once a year, if not more.
