Still feeling grateful a couple weeks on from the camp in Aus. Every time I get to travel, train, and connect through Jiu-Jitsu, I’m reminded how I am to live this life.

The mats have given me so much, not just skills, but friendships, memories, and moments that make it all worthwhile. 🥋

Huge thanks to and everyone who shared the experience. Jiu-Jitsu really is one of the best vessels for growth, connection, and just living fully.

Fight Lab Journal Log #001

It’s been a full-on few weeks with the team, back-to-back comps and everyone’s been putting in serious work on the mats. Proud of the crew and the momentum we’re building.

Next up, we shift gears and start prepping for Japan 🇯🇵

But right now — I’m over on the Gold Coast with .escapes, kicking off Day One of the 2025 Kingscliff Camp.

Beautiful spot, epic crew, and a week of high-level training ahead. Can’t wait to soak it all in and bring some fire back home.

FIGHT LAB ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT 🔥 | KAAHU

Kaahu competed today with three matches – one in Gi and two in No-Gi – and came away with three submissions and zero points scored against him. Pure domination. 💥

He’s been putting in serious work on the mats and it’s paying off. This was his 4th comp this year with just one loss total – consistency, dedication, and killer instinct on full display. 👊

What makes it even more impressive is how he handles the nerves. Every comp brings the pressure, but Kaahu steps out and performs like a seasoned pro. 🧠🔥

Proud of this young weapon – the future is looking dangerous. Let’s go, Kaahu! 🤚👊

Creating consistency isn't a short sprint. This is something we need to build over time, which requires a lot of and .

Building for the long game is what I'm trying to do, building those habits outside of is the biggest right now and getting myself out of this & rut that I'm in.
