If you spot staff or students wearing a sunflower badge or lanyard, it’s a subtle way of letting others know they’re living with a hidden disability and may appreciate a little extra support or understanding.

Wednesday is Pot of Gold day. And what a golden day it is! ☀️This week's guest with the gold is Emma Rourke.
'I’m originally from Scotland and moved to New Zealand nearly five years ago. The house I grew up in was basically a full-time music venue — my mum and dad always had tunes on, and my two brothers are both professional musicians.
That fun, lively atmosphere definitely sparked my lifelong love of music. Although I’m now on the other side of the world, music still keeps me grounded and is one of my favourite ways to connect with people.
I’ve got a soft spot for funk, soul, dance, indie, and rock, but I’m open to all sorts of genres and love discovering new sounds.
I truly believe there’s a song for every moment in life — from breakups to burning your dinner, chill Sundays with a book to spontaneous kitchen dance-offs.
Having lived in and around Glasgow for most of my life, I was lucky to catch some incredible gigs — a few of which I’ll be chatting about during my Pot of Gold session.'
