Hi everyone (Please read & support the cause)

This post is in support of the upcoming One Ocean protest on Saturday November the 22nd (8:30am) . I know as an avid fisherman myself that fishing is a passion for a lot of us here in NZ. Something that keeps us sane , brings us together & most importantly feeds our families. I know we all have our opinions on the fishery in NZ , but in my opinion it is far from perfect and could be managed a lot better. And with a few poor possibilites being put on the table for the fishery in NZ now is our time to make a stand. The One Ocean protest will give us fishos a chance to make that stand and have our voices heard. We have to protect our One Ocean!

If you are down for the cause then please feel free to come along to the protest. Saturday November 22nd starting at
the Albany Park-N-Ride.

I posted this video 2 years ago. I have been back since and they have been wiped out , yes all gone. Ive seen far too many little paua taken over the years to think it was anything else that caused them to vanish. I think we need more reserves in place. What are your thoughts?
