***These are a few real FB groups I found just this week alone.
So, how did this happen?
Because there is a higher purpose that needs to be fulfilled.
And having a group of people see you, hear you, value you
Is CRITICAL.
Hereโs what happened:
๐It was the destination for members from a 3 day masterclass or challenge etc.
But membership dropped once the masterclass or challenge was over.
And there was no follow up plan to convert them to main 1:1 or group clients.
Or in many cases:
๐The masterclass /challenge did not get the right numbers coming in that you expected. And the group got left to fade away into the pastโฆโฆ
Then connecting new people to the group took too long organically
The new connections โ HOURS to find them, add them, ๐ they accept.
The messaging, ๐ it works
The followups, ๐ing they answer..
No more energy, no more time.
โฆโฆso it got pushed to the back burner whilst you focussed on โattraction marketingโ content that should somehow (without lead generation) bring in the reinforcements for the group.
Easier to control, less time needed.

And the problem is that the longer the group stays inactive (โdeadโ).
The harder it is to get people to joinโฆ
I mean put yourself in their shoes ๐๐
A new person that stumbles onto the group link.
Are you going to join a group that has had no new members for a month and posts rarely if at all?
(After all you CAN see all of this on the screen BEFORE you click to join).
YOUR DREAM CLIENTS SEE THIS TOO.
Slamming the door in their face
(indirectly).

It was NEVER intendedโฆ.
But it IS happening
And secretly you wish
That your work was SEEN.
The group was humming and buzzing.
With those wanting to realise their potential
And you as the leader ๐
To take your collective to that next level.
And the truth is
YOU CAN do that.
Without losing more hours in the day that you already donโt have.
And it doesnโt need to cost an arm and a leg to get the member numbers up.

Your group becomes a warm audience to know, like and trust you - which is FAR superior to 1:1 cold dms or waiting to send a message to randoms saying โthank you for liking my postโ.

Your community becomes a thriving hub for your mission.
