Eventually you realize that life is nothing but a parody of yourself practicing for your own oblivion.

We have become so accustomed to material and social slavery that we no longer see the chains.

Life is a short journey, live it!
Collect memories, not material things!

Self love is a journey. It's an expansion. It's a choice. A choice you get to make everyday to put yourself first.

It's not easy. When you've been programmed to do the complete opposite.

But the more you show up for yourself. Create boundaries. Understand your limitations and understand what you really want. That self love grows.

Keep showing up for yourself. Keep having your own back. That's self love. Learning who you are. Your needs, wants and desires. Heart lead. Not mind lead. That's self love.

Allowing yourself to be. Just as you are and being ok with that. Knowing it's a journey, an evolution, you are the creation. No rush, no completion, no failure, just showing up daily. Holding yourself, being patient and being present.

You just haven't figured out what works for you because you haven't found the right tools.

I can help you and teach you to eliminate negative thoughts and feelings about yourself.

I can help you shift your mindset to where you begin to be curious and really focus on what you like and dislike.

Getting stress or frustrated about not knowing how to handle or what your goals are doesn't help.

I can help you enjoy and love the process from the beginning and not only focus on the end result, but how you are evolving and growing since day one and learn to love each step of your progress.

This is not just about the journey for me. This is about creating a lifestyle that truly makes YOU happy.
