Something awesome is coming your way! An online magazine that will share stories of everyday women. This will be a magazine that shares relevant, relatable content that showcases the stories of women from every walk of life. This is for and about women like you, like your sister, friend, mum, aunty, and neighbour. These are stores that show that all of us ‘everyday’ women are, in fact, extraordinary and have something to share.
Everyday Extraordinary will also have products and services that are actually helpful and affordable and accessible. This magazine is about what is happening now to inspire you to do things, not when you have time or have money or your kids are grown up, but now. You are already doing extraordinary things - let’s celebrate that!

So…..after a long time of dealing with my own mental health, completing a counselling post graduate qualification and getting my ducks in a row, I have the time and brain capacity to push something that is incredibly important to me.
Big Fella Foundation is a mental health registered charity that aims to support people who are dealing with mental health issues, as well as supporting those who have friends and family and colleagues with mental health issues.
The goal is to provide peer support, empathy, kindness, therapies, practical help and education to help people not just survive their issue and concerns, but thrive in world that makes it hard to do so alone.
I’m going to be posting more and asking for ideas, thoughts, feedback etc as well as needing volunteers who we will train and educate to help be that support for others.
Please let me know (message or comment below) if you are interested in being part of the change that we need to be in the world.
