Morning catch-ups with my work colleague in the laundry room while making playdough and her doing washing ☀️

My whānau at mahi rarely see my hair out it’s usually living its best life in a bun because… easy and practical 😅
Let’s be honest, my styling skills stretch as far as a ponytail or a plait and that’s about it.

Last Wednesday, after checking in on my team due to the rain, I made playdough for them 💛
And can I just say… I’m extremely proud of this moment.💯

I’ve been teaching for almost 8 years, and this is honestly the first time I’ve made proper playdough 😂👏
If you’re a kaiako, you’ll know the struggle playdough is definitely a hit-and-miss kind of relationship.

This time though… we nailed it 🙌
