Talofa! We're Sanele and Li'i and we thought it would be a seki idea to create an online show to share our experiences and stories as two Samoans who grew up in New Zealand and now live on the beautiful Kapiti Coast.
We were a bit fefe, but we decided to pick up our peanuts last week and get this show up and running!
This is not your young and hip podcast show. No, far from it. We're old school. We grew up on cassette tapes, disposable cameras, landlines, daxwax (or soap if you couldn't afford it) Jonah Lomu rugby, kalo, sapa sui and hardworking migrant parents who could lay the smack down when they needed to.
