Your niche isn’t an age group. It’s a pain point.

Stop niching by demographics.
Start niching by problem severity.

Your dream client doesn’t care if she’s:
👉 35 years old
👉 A mom of 2
👉 Obsessed with yoga

She cares about the problem that’s stealing her:
⏰ Time
💸 Money
🧠 Peace of mind

That’s what moves her to take action TODAY.

Ask yourself:
1. Is the problem just an annoyance… or a daily pain point?
2. Does it cost her money/energy right now?
3. Does she wake up thinking, “I can’t keep doing this”?

Demographics = surface level.
Severity = where trust + investment happen.

Your client doesn’t want to be seen as a “statistic.”
She wants to be seen in her struggle… and guided to her transformation.

That’s the niche. That’s the power.

So stop asking “Who is she demographically?”
And start asking “What hurts enough that she’s ready to move?”

And share this with a coach or expert who needs to hear it!
