About Along The Journey
We are currently casting for our first film! Along The Journey, which is a reflective film based on fewer real life events follow
The life of two teenagers who tackle high school, relationships and trust together. Dexter who gets caught up with family, school grades and trust, leads him to find Clementine as his closest person ever. ��

Along the Journey is a film that captures real life events and some of what people on earth experience. It is important to always check up on
Your loves ones, or even those you can see struggling. This film explores the life of hiding pain, mental health struggle and what intentions it can lead to. ��

Age Range: 16 - 23* �
Location: Auckland�Filming Dates: April (TBC)
Pay: This is UNPAID but will provide meals :) �

This is being submitted into the New Zealand Youth Film Festival 2026

The story that I envisioned to our film screenwriter Dani Le was a first perspective point of view; of reality for what some teens live like today. It is important to highlight that it is very easy to blend in, yet hide behind amongst the crowd.

Here is the first look for our short film, scene one compared to scene 33!

Our first film, Along The Journey is expected to wrap up filming at the end of 2026 or mid-2026.
