Doing a little dance day! A year ago under a National Government who refused to even officially add macrons to Manawatū or Rangitīkei 🤷‍♀️ I got to celebrate the success of a rather large passion project ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ over three years of personal research and project management leading to the offical announcement of ingoa Waimarino being finally restored to the Central Plateau. For someone who has been in media for 25 years I find it easy as to write about others but not me and hope my mahi speaks for itself.

In short, yada press photographer retrained as a journo and then specialised in social media. Got a few awards and am super proud of one from the Ministry of Defense for using social media in a crisis (don't mention the great Raetihi Diesel spill of 2013). Dip, Hons Deg, Grad Dip and half a thesis...apparently that matters? Qualified, tick. Short version is I love creating real-world engaging content that helps empower whatever community I'm sharing it with.
