I used to rush. Now I linger.

There was a time I measured days by how much I could squeeze into them.

Now I find joy in moving slower savoring coffee, stretching out walks, and giving my thoughts a little more room to breathe.

Maybe growth isn’t always loud. Sometimes, it’s just… less hurry.
