Gosh what a day.
I woke up this morning 🌄 with the worst anxiety, heart beating out of my chest, neck and back.
It was strong guys! But I still smashed the dishes, cooked for my children and husband, cleaned the house, showered, fed dogs, done washing, took my children out for a fun day in the sun, and ice cream, and came home n cleaned some more...
I still to this moment have anxiety, I absolutely 💯 live with it every day. But I refused to let it break me down, I do not want to miss out on life, as we know it is short.
So I feel real proud of myself today.
I feel blessed that I have a beautiful family, and blessed that God loves me.
Good night 😴 🥱 🌃 whanau.
