But now in Rotorua NZ🇳🇿 baking full time since 2024,
We specialize in
Chocolate cakes,Carrot cake, Banana cake,Red velvet cake, and much more... Cupcakes,Cookies,Rusks,Hertzoggies,cakepops, cakesicles etc I trust and pray that all my friends and family whom i have invited on this day 10th Nov 2012...will be so kind to spread the word of my wonderful tasty cakes. As you all know that baking has always been my pssion and hobby since the age of nine,when my late grandma,tried to teach me how to bake my first swiss roll....and it was my last...lol �because I burnt my hand taking it out of the oven she told me to work fast before the roll got hard...and never again did i bake a "swiss roll" ha ha
Then she taught me how to bake bread and sponge cakes. Through the years of working full time in all my different encounters i have always baked for friends and family as baking has always been my passion. I love to see the smiles on peoples faces as they look at my cakes and say 'WOW' and the little kids whose faces light up with excitment when they see all the colourful sweets and sprinkles.....this my friends gives me joy and fills my heart with love. I have had many people who have ordered cakes for their childrens 21st birthdays and tell me "Marina,we leave it up to you,here is the cash.do with it as you may for 50 people just remember the cake must be pink/white and silver"...Can you just imagine this for one second people....
Then i sit and think..."okay the main cake will be say a 21st Key Cake then the rest will be cocktail sweets and savories"
On the day they come to pick the cake up....its "WOW" "Do you really think we going to cut this cake?"�

Just for your information my friends....
I have had two clients that refused to cut their kids 21st cake due to them looking so nice. The one lady put the cake in the freezer for two months before deciding to cut it and the other lady kept her kids confirmation fruit cake for a whole year!!! She offered me a piece of this fruit cake the follwoing year and i asked her "where do you get fruit cake from this time of year and its so moist and lovely"....her reply "Cant you taste it is your own cake you baked a year ago"
Then this was my turn to say ""WOW"" it sure is lovely.....
