‼️NOTICE‼️
(My apologies this is a long read my lovely people)
Kia Ora, Good Morning .
It's Monday morning 15th December 2025.
Just a quick note to everyone. I do not like to do this but it looks like I have no choice but to put this out there immediately...
Everyone by now should know that people who work from home trying to make their dreams come true work very hard and long hours to make your special occasions/events unforgettable.
I now speak for myself when I say:
1. I have always been so generous and understanding to you all my loyal supporters.
2. I have always been lenient and easy going on your requests and demands.
3. I have always put you first with understanding your situations and circumstances when it comes to payments and cake requests.
4. My prices are reasonable for my high standards and great quality of work.
‼️NOW I need those people who think that I have not been helpful to understand why I cancel your orders and why I don't waste time on people who take me for granted...I was not born yesterday.
💥I give you an opportunity or option to pay off your orders. 💥You agree and pay it off weekly. Some clients order well in advance eg.4 to 5 months early and make weekly payments. So by the time the cake is to be picked up ,its fully paid.... which is lovely and most appreciated🙏.
‼️But then I get clients who give me hell and think that I am a bank...yes a bank,they think that I carry cash.😡
➡️They first send me a message on messenger and on this page
💥 and when I don't reply in 5 minutes they send me an sms
💥and when I don't see these messages as I am very busy with orders and baking up a storm in my kitchen...I get messages left on public pages "please look at your messenger and emails.I sent you an email and text and messengers, please answer " (over eight messages in total in 30 minutes😡)
💥The first one is..... "please send me a $20 from the money's I sent to you.I need gas "
💥Then ...."Can you please send me another $50 because I need kai and milk for my baby"
💥Then ...."Please Marina send me another $20 or $50 ,I need to get groceries for my kids"
‼️I understand the first one and send the $20 or $50 .Because I know we heading for big days and life is hard. But to send me messages all over Facebook and other media as well as emails and SMSes etc etc ??...unacceptable to me🫣
So what I did is, I refunded this client all her money that she paid on a weekly basis and I CANCELED her order immediately.❗️
I will not tolerate this ,she's lucky I did not keep back $50 as I usually do when a cake order is canceled. This time I canceled this whole order .
Never in my 35 or 38 years of baking and doing pasty orders ,have I come across this type of behavior from any of my clients. So if you are out there and you do not see my name or page "YOU MUST KNOW THAT YOU HAVE BEEN DELETED AND BLOCKED OFF".
I will not allow my name or good reputation dragged down with you.

Bear in mind that I am just an ordinary mama just like you who is trying her best to make a living and who loves to see beautiful smiles on childrens faces who take their first look at their cakes. Their faces light up as my heart glows with joy for them . I do this for my love and passion for children's unforgettable occasions. (For Adults too🥰)
