He tau pai te tau
He tau poto te tau
He tau tukituki te tau
E ara rā e Matariki e
E ara rā ko Puanga e

As we reflect on the year that’s been, we remember loved ones who aren’t walking this earth anymore.
We remember all those we farewelled formally this year:
Kiingi Tuheitia
Donna Mamae Thompson
Aunty Sally Kahu
Gideon Te Ahuru
Julia Wade
Shane Soloman
Piata Otufagavalu
Te Whakawehi Isaacs-Waititi
Kaea Karauria
Ford Tahere-Matiu
Terry Martin
Nanny Kura
Uncle Dana
……..

To the mothers and whānau who grieve pēpi i te ao wairua in silence, we send our aroha.

Otirā ki a tātou te hunga ora, tēnei mātou ka mihi.

The last year has been full of new learnings, experiences, highs and lows for which we are grateful.
We are honored to be the comms team for Te Kapua Whakapipi. We get to share stories about our Arikitanga & iwi, for us!
It is truly a priviledge.
We have recently taken on the re-shaping of the new direction for Tūwharetoa FM - tune in to 97.6fm hear how its going, or catch us on the TFM socials.
But our most important mahi on this earth is raising our two beautiful tamariki. We are honoured to be called “Māmā & Dada” to two of the most Māori kids you’d ever meet.😂

We would like to acknowledge all of those who have supported us, taught us & those who’ve been part of our journey.

Whāngaitia ngā hautapu, whāngaitia ngā atua!

Toitū ngā pūrākau, toitū te whenua, toitū te Tiriti, toitū ngā scribbles ataahua!

We are looking for fabulous actors to tour Rere Atu Taku Poi, and Te Kuia me te Pūngāwerewere in 2025.
These contracts can be backed to backed meaning a solid chunk of mahi for the year.
Actors would need to have some confidence in speaking Te reo Māori and any experience with a poi would be an advantage!

We absolutely agree, it was cruel and unethical.

As Māori journalists, we know that on the ground, editorial decisions like what to broadcast comes down to values and a gut decision.

Ka aroha rā ki te wahine o Fa’anānā Efeso. 💜

"Hinana ki uta, Hinana ki tai"

In 1856, iwikau te heuheu called a meeting in Pukawa, Aotearoa. The Māori King movement is the outcome of that meeting. The notion of 'togetherness' is derived from that event entitled 'Hinana ki uta, hinana ki tai'. 'Togetherness' is the ethos we work in.

We specialise in media content creation for indigenous people, organisations and companies.
