Te Puna Development Team vs Matakana Island

Te Puna Development made the trip across to Matakana Island, a place with deep whakapapa ties and a strong connection to our club that goes back generations.

It was a tough battle on the field, but Te Puna came away with the win.

A special highlight of the day was the recognition of two past Te Puna players from the Moutere, Aaron Samuels and Cyril Murray, who were both honoured at the aftermatch with their 100th Game Blazers.
