Sleep Radio was founded by John Watson in Auckland, New Zealand in July 2014 and now broadcasts from Te Aroha. After being diagnosed with clinical depression in 2012 and sleeping difficulty, he found that specific ambient and new age music helped him to sleep. We're pleased to advise that our good friends at Heart Dance Records have sent us through a new 5 track album by Zorza. Zorza creates immersive music designed to guide listeners into presence and stillness. The project blends ambient textures, cinematic elements, and carefully crafted frequencies to support meditation, reflection, and mental clarity. Each composition is an invitation to pause, slow down, and experience a mindful, introspective journey. All 5 tracks have been added to our playlists.
