In response to this week's sports article (link below), Mahurangi Rugby Club unfortunately suffered a hard loss in the quarter final. It wasn’t how the Mahurangi RFC premier team would have wanted their season to end, North Shore 50 – 3 on Saturday, July 5.

One silver lining was that the fixture was Mahu's first five Cooper Rodden’s 40th game for the club and he was presented with his club blazer for reaching the milestone. Congratulations to the team on getting into the quarter final and to Cooper!
