Too good not to have a separate static post 🤭
Tucked away in the heart of Petone, has just launched a brand-new menu and it’s all about fresh, seasonal ingredients and bold, comforting flavors 🙌🏼 AD • Gifted
We were lucky enough to be invited in for a tasting, and wow the team delivered. From dangerously sippable cocktails to rich mains and cozy desserts, every bite was memorable.
We kicked things off with their signature cocktails: The Jackson and the Mango Panan—both smooth, flavour-packed, and far too easy to love 🍸
Then came the feast:
✨ Vanilla buttermilk pancakes – soft, fluffy, generous, and just the right touch of sweet
🍄 Mushroom linguini – creamy, comforting, and full of depth
🥩 Braised beef cheek – rich, warming, and absolutely melt-in-your-mouth
🥦 Honey-glazed cauliflower – sweet, sticky, and something I genuinely need more of in my life
🥬 Vege cauliflower steak – exactly what the name suggests, hearty and satisfying
🍖 Moroccan lamb – unbelievably tender, loaded with flavor, and truly a standout
🍮 Sticky date pudding – huge portion, not overly sweet, and packed with warm, spiced flavor
🍏 Apple crumble – rustic, homely, and the perfect nostalgic finish
