The river of thanks flows ever downstream.

Bit of a fancy quote.
Simple meaning though.
Say thanks more & Dont be a Dick!

Set goals you can actually achieve.

"Sell out Wembley."

Maybe.....

"Finish those two songs you have been noodling with for the last 2 years."

Create reasons to connect.

Networking sounds horrible.
Having a coffee with someone who's bat s**t crazy about music like you?
Much better.

Think locally before globally.

Before planning your world tour...
Maybe see if you can sell out Valhalla first?

Growth leaves clues.

Everyone talks about streams.
Hardly anyone talks about selling out the T-shirts.
Build your community!

Be a fan first.

Go to gigs.
Buy the shirt.
Clap for the opening band.
Support your scene peeps!

Authenticity cuts through.

This is one that we hold dear. Lost count how many people talked about authentic connection. Something this world needs right now.

Community opens doors.

One thing we kept hearing...
The opportunities usually came from a coffee, not a cold email.
Turns out talking to people still works.

Personal beats perfect.

Turns out people can tell when you've copied and pasted the same email 300 times. Bro.. you know who you are :p
Take five extra minutes.
Make it personal.
It goes a long way.

Success isn't one big moment.
Everyone loves talking about the overnight success.
Funny thing is... most "overnight successes" have been grinding away for years.
Keep showing up. But you ass in the seat!
It adds up.
