We have the absolute pleasure of having Jakobtheband in the studio at the moment — what a blast! They're here tracking drums on their next album.

We're especially stoked about how the drums are sounding in our big drum room. The natural reverb and space makes you feel like you're standing in front of the band on playback! Jason is a beast on the kit (of course), the tone, the energy, the performance, it’s next-level.

Can’t wait for everyone to hear what they've been working on. This one's going to be something special.

Still wrapping my head around what just happened - my man Darren just laid down 34 songs like it was nothing. Seriously, what a machine! The energy, the consistency, the feel, he'd still be going now if we'd let him! It’s wild watching someone at the top of their game just go for it and nail it!

The drum room, house kit and freshly calibrated SSL 8K straight-up crushed the session!

Massive respect to Darren. Can’t wait to hear what the finished product.
