The Bomb is a 40-minute ballet about a boy, his Nan, and the ultimate manu.
From the award-wining team Sacha Cotter and Josh Morgan, behind children’s favourites Keys, The Marble Maker, Dazzlehands and A Guide to Rocks.

💃🏻💃🏾Following the success of Dazzlehands, turned into an RNZB children’s ballet in 2024, The Bomb is the latest RNZB ballet inspired by their picture books, celebrating confidence, individuality and finding your own voice.

Free for all whānau and communities at Soundings Theatre, Te Papa, on 12–13 September 2026. No pre-booking required just come along! Seating is first come, first served, so arrive early to secure your spot.
