The launch of our new RNZ factual TV series ‘Journey of Scent’ almost fell apart. Here’s a behind the scenes look 👀

‘Journey of Scent’ is a six part video series produced by . In each episode perfume expert Whitney Steel tasks perfumer Nathan Taare / .nz to create a custom scent for a well known person in Aotearoa New Zealand – interpreting their experiences, memories, and taste in scent.

Episode one featuring artist te_rongo_kirkwood and goes live today, Mon 10 November, on RNZ from 3pm. New episodes will roll out across the following two weeks featuring , Ana Scotney, .bro.kia , , and Dr Anaha Hiini

Thank you to everyone involved in making this series and to those who supported or came to the launch event. A special thanks to Kia Kanuta for providing our guests with the most incredible kai and to and for the drinks.
