There are just some songs that define the time that they're in, with Vanessa Carlton's 'A Thousand Miles' being a part of it. From being played on the radio every second ad break, to becoming a meme with Terry Crusie's rendition on White Chicks, it's safe to say the song was a hit.

A weird thing about everyone posting their lives online is looking back and seeing where they came from, and this is even more interesting when it's musical artists, like Sienna Spiro. She started off singing on Tik Tok in 2021, now in 2026 she's an international sensation. "I saw them before they were mainstream" - it can activate a hidden hipster you didn't know was inside of you.

Sometimes life isn't fair. You can work your hardest or best at something, and still not reach the top of the mountain. This happens in music too; 🎶

Kehlani has been making waves with her song 'Folded', but hasn't quite reached the top of the pile in terms of charts, making a splash and sitting quietly at #6 on Billboard.
