The possibilities are endless. Each one is crafted with your tastebuds in mind. I have been carefully working on my own recipes to get each one just right.

Look who’s back with me at the market this weekend! Yes, it’s niece number 3, Sophie! Not that I see her a whole lot as she’s too busy helping out with the pizza boys!

It’s a very busy day here at the Whanganui River Markets on this Matariki weekend. Hence why my post is very late on a market day, as I’ve been too busy talking to customers.

Another beautiful box of biscuits delivered today. This time it was a thank you to the staff in the medical ward at the Whanganui Hospital.

A lot of biscuit boxes have been going out lately, for all sorts of occasions. They make fantastic bereavement care parcels to feed the family or visitors at a time of need, I mean flowers are lovely, but you can’t eat them!

Thank yous, birthdays, bereavements, house warmings, just because. You name the occasion and these boxes of love will go down a treat!

Good morning! Today the lovely Stacey is here to look after my stall at the Whanganui River Markets, as I’m dashing off to cater a lunch.🧑🏼‍🍳

There are scones in the basket as it’s a bit chilly so has been a slow start. But the sun is coming out! ☀️

Good morning on this blustery Kings birthday weekend! It’s a little sparse here today at the Whanganui River Markets most likely due to non hardy stall holders and weather forecasts, but us hardy lot are of course here!

Because of this, the scones are sold out and Kirk’s wood fired pizza has had a constant queue since before he was even ready to start! Fabulous!
